These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DiraFlow website, web application, dashboards and services (together, the “Service”), operated by Diraflow Technologies (“DiraFlow”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
DiraFlow provides an all-in-one platform for small businesses, including billing and invoicing, inventory, employee and payroll management, customer records, bookings, analytics, and SMS/WhatsApp customer messaging. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
Paid features are offered on a subscription basis at the pricing shown on our pricing page or as otherwise agreed with you. Fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may suspend or limit access to paid features. We will give reasonable notice of any change to fees.

DiraFlow’s WhatsApp features are built on the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account and send messages through DiraFlow, you are responsible for complying with all applicable rules, including:
You are the owner of your WhatsApp Business Account and the controller of the customer conversations you conduct through it; DiraFlow processes that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Meta may suspend or restrict messaging capabilities under its own policies, and we are not responsible for such actions.
You retain ownership of the data and content you put into DiraFlow (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Your Content to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content and for having the necessary rights and consents to use it, including consent to message your customers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Diraflow Technologies and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership in the Service to you.
The Service relies on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), SMS gateways and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability.
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered, as delivery also depends on Meta, carriers and recipients.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiraFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold DiraFlow harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your messaging activity, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others, the Service or us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, liability limits and indemnity) will survive. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
